What is the refund policy for your courses?
We provide a complete refund to anyone who hasn’t completed the course they purchased. We provide a 50% refund to anyone who did finish our course, but can’t utilize our services.
How long will it take to receive my certificate after training?
After successful completion of our course you will receive your certificate of completion by email within 5 business days. This excludes our CNA course as we don’t issue certificates of completion, but assistance in challenging the CNA state certification exam through prometric in FL.
How do I know your services will meet my needs?
HHA, CNA and PCA training, certification and employment requirements vary drastically from state to state and agency to agency. It is highly suggested that individuals do their due diligence by researching their local regulations and employment requirements for their specific state before purchasing our services.
How long will I be able to access your courses?
Each student has access to the course they purchase for a full year or until they complete it. If you complete our CNA prep course and would like continued access to it to practice skills and procedures. You can request additional access for a full year. We understand some people like to review the course information to become more familiar with it.
How many days will it take for me to complete your course?
It depends on how many hours each day you devote to the course. Our courses are completed at your own pace. If you are able to retain and master the nursing skills, then you can finish the course in a shorter amount of time. If you have a background in or are familiar with nursing or caregiving, then you should finish it much faster.
Do you offer assistance with helping me get paid to take care of my family member?
We have a page that assists you with the Medicaid application process. You must see if you qualify for Medicaid funded Adult Foster Care where you get paid to assist your family member with Activities for Daily Living (ADL). We offer this page as a courtesy because some of our clients are looking to educate themselves to only help and assist their family or start a Private non-medical companion care company. In the event you require basic training to qualify for Adult Foster Care it is suggested that you only take our PCA online course. Visit this website and fill out their form to see if you qualify.
No. We offer our CNA/HHA course combination bundle as a one time courtesy to make sure you are not only prepared for the present, but also prepared for your future; When you wish to advance your caregiver to a certified nursing career. This bundle doesn’t carry over with previous purchases made with one course or the other.

Will I be able to sit for the CNA licensing exam after taking this course?
Florida was one of the few states that allowed individuals to challenge the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) exam without attending a state-approved training program. However, regulations and policies can change over time, so it’s essential to check with the nursing board or regulatory agency in each state to get the most up-to-date information on their requirements for challenging the CNA exam without attending a state-approved school.
What should I expect when applying for employment at a HHA agency?
If you do not have previous experience or employment in the Home care field; It is procedure for the HHA agency to require you to take a competency exam. Passing this will show them you are qualified to work as an HHA. It is also important to note in some states and agency’s, training and certification isn’t necessary for employment. We cannot and do not guarantee employment. Every agency is different you should know the requirements for employment at your desired Agency of employment.
What is the difference in taking your course online than in person at a school?
The difference is, you don’t have to drive to a class room on a set schedule, which costs time and gas money. You don’t need to buy books or medical equipment, which you may never use again. You can learn at your own pace, on your schedule, and in the comfort of your own home and any other place with internet access.
The course curriculum of your HHA and CNA course are very similar. How are they different?
A CNA works with many clients in a facility or hospital and they’re training is based on making sure they can safely work with clients that are in close proximity of each other. An HHA works one on one with a single client and helps them with their daily activities. So while the training for HHA’s and CNA’s are similar they are also very different.
What does the CNA certification exam consist of?
The exam consists of a written test and a clinical test. The written test asks you questions about procedures and how to deal with certain problems. The clinical test will consist of 3 randomly chosen nursing skills. (There are 21 to choose from.) It is very important you master all the nursing skills before challenging the state exam.
Do I need to complete any of your courses for employment?
We do not guarantee employment. We offer online caregiver training that closely parallels occupational skills and procedures at an affordable price with convenient course access. Many individuals use our courses to start their own private non-medical independent caregiver companies, to educate them on how to take care of a family member, some use them to prepare for their CNA state exam/refresher course and other use it to prepare for a Home Health agency competency exam. Please verify our services will meet your needs, goals and expectations before purchase by researching your states education laws or desired agency employment requirements.
